This Privacy Policy explains how bottonrline Inc. ("bottonrline", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our platform. Please read it carefully.
Account information: name, email address, and password hash when you register. Usage data: API request logs, feature interactions, browser type, IP address, and timestamps. Payment data: billing name and last-four card digits processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
To provide, operate, and improve the bottonrline platform and its API key auditing features. To send transactional emails (account alerts, security notifications) and, with your consent, product updates. To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and fulfill legal obligations.
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. With your consent, we set analytics cookies (e.g., aggregate page-view metrics) to improve the product. You may manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time via our Cookie Preferences panel.
We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and required to maintain adequate security standards.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA) EU/UK residents: right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. California residents: right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale of personal information (we do not sell data). Submit requests to [email protected] ; we respond within 30 days.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after account closure. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected] .
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular third-party penetration tests and internal security audits. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.
bottonrline is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
