By accessing or using bottonrline's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
bottonrline provides a SaaS platform for API key auditing, security monitoring, and lifecycle management ('Service'). The Service is provided 'as is' and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to introduce new features or impose limits on certain features.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
Where a free trial is offered, it is limited to one trial per individual or organization. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refund requests outside of statutory rights are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All content, software, trademarks, and trade secrets comprising the bottonrline platform are owned by bottonrline or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to transmit malware or malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network. You may not use the Service to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms or source code. Any violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. bottonrline does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bottonrline SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limits may not apply to you.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. bottonrline may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
